- By continuing to browse our website and purchase products from this website, you agree to our terms, conditions, and policies. Please read these carefully (including our Shipping and Returns Policy) to ensure agreement. If you disagree with these terms, please refrain from using this website.

- The content and information on this website are for general use only. You acknowledge that using this information is at your own risk, and we do not guarantee its accuracy, timeliness, performance, or suitability.
- We cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or interactions with medications resulting from consumption of our products. All product ingredients, including potential allergens, are communicated. We also inform you that our facility manufactures freeze-dried foods that contain nuts. Traces of peanuts or tree nuts may be present. While our facility also processes foods that may contain nuts, we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination.
- We prioritise food safety and adhere to food safety standards. However, we cannot be held responsible for any negative outcomes from consuming our food products or the food safety of input food products.
- Freeze Dried Sydney is not affiliated with confectionery companies such as Allen’s, Mars, etc. We are a home-based food business that utilises food products from manufacturers and distributors to create our unique freeze-dried treats.
- Shipping Terms: Customers must provide accurate shipping address information (name, street address, suburb, state, and/or P.O. Box address) when placing an order. We will not be held responsible for missing or lost deliveries due to incorrect shipping information. Tracking numbers will be provided for customers to manage their shipping progress with the carrier. If a customer fails to collect their parcel and it is returned to us (RTS), or if incorrect shipping information is provided and the parcel is returned, a re-shipping charge will apply for resending the original order. Please note that we do not issue order refunds for shipping delays. Additionally, we cannot be held liable for product damage resulting from the rough handling of the carrier during the shipping process.
