Estimated Delivery Time:
All orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 days of the order being placed. If there are any delays beyond this expected time due to out-of-stock items or other order preparation delays, we will promptly notify you.
Once your order is marked as sent and you receive a tracking number, the delivery time will vary based on your location -

City Metro Areas: 1-3 business days
Country/Rural Areas: 2-4 days
City Metro Areas: 2-4 days
Country Rural Areas: Up to 5 business days (may vary for remote locations)

Shipping Terms:
Customers must provide accurate shipping address information (name, street address, suburb, state, and/or P.O. Box address) when placing an order. We will not be held responsible for missing or lost deliveries due to incorrect shipping information. Tracking numbers will be provided for customers to manage their shipping progress with the carrier.
If a customer fails to collect their parcel and it is returned to us (RTS), or if incorrect shipping information is provided and the parcel is returned, a re-shipping charge will apply for resending the original order.
Please note that we do not issue order refunds for shipping delays. Additionally, we cannot be held liable for product damage resulting from the rough handling of the carrier during the shipping process.
